How does the process work?
You select a plan that works for you below. Upload your footage to us through our private client portal. We edit your video and deliver it back to you.
What types of videos can you edit?
We edit all types of social media videos. Short-form and long-form. So we can handle all of your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok content and more.
What is the typical turnaround time for projects?
Turnaround times can vary by project complexity. Typical short-form videos will be delivered in roughly 1-2 business days while long-form YouTube videos are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
How do I submit my video footage for editing?
Simply upload your content to our private client portal and submit the request form to tell us how you want your video edited.
How many videos a month will I get?
On the Starter plan you can expect roughly 4-6 long-form videos per month OR 20-30 short-form videos per month. On the Pro plan you can expect roughly 8-10 long-form videos per month OR 50-60 short-form videos per month.
Can you design my thumbnails for videos too?
Yes! We can create YouTube thumbnails for your videos at no additional cost.
What software and tools do you use for video editing?
We use the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
Can you make me a YouTube intro?
Yes! We can edit YouTube intro's for your channel.
What is the cost structure for your video editing services?

Yes we can add music, graphics, b-roll, stock footage, and text overlays on your videos.
Do you offer any discounts or packages for regular clients?
We do offer quarterly and semi-annual pricing options. Email info@verticalvideopro.com for specific requests and we'd be happy to acomodate you.
How do you handle revisions, and is there an additional cost for them?
All videos come with unlimited revisions, but they will eat into your allotted editing hours every month. We will deliver your video with a link where you can give feedback and revisions directly to your editor.
What file formats and resolutions do you deliver the edited videos in?
We will deliver your videos in .mp4 file format ready to post to social media.
Do you offer captioning or subtitling services for videos?
Yes! We can add captions or subtitles to any videos for you at no additional cost.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Nope! All of our plans are month to month with no long-term contract.
